Samanta Boechat is the founder and director of Boechat Consulting.  She was previously the founder/CEO of Boechat Consultoria, a boutique consulting company in Brazil, focused on the development of corporate strategies and resource optimisation.

Extensive delivery background combined with sales and reorganisation skills including more than 20 years in technology, process enhancement and management consulting projects.

Samanta led multiple area reorganisations in industries such as Telecommunications, Food and Beverage, Education and Supply Chain.  She has an extensive experience coaching executives in the C and middle management levels.
